After completing a degree at Aberystwyth University, I spent years working in hospitality, transport planning and container shipping before stepping away from employment to build something more flexible and meaningful for my family.
Today, I support business owners by lightening their workload and bringing structure to the day-to-day running of their business. As Lead VA at Riverside VA, I not only provide hands-on admin and digital support but also coordinate additional associate VAs when projects need extra capacity.
My work includes inbox and diary management, invoicing, document organisation, social media scheduling, and website updates - all designed to help business owners stay organised and focus on growing their business.
I know outsourcing can feel like a big step, which is why I pride myself on being proactive, trustworthy and easy to work with. I treat every business as if it were my own, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, she built and sold her own award-winning business, giving her first-hand insight into the pressures of managing clients, content, tech, and daily operations.
Helan now works behind the scenes bringing structure and clarity to businesses through admin and tech support, including inbox and diary management, website updates, CRM support, landing pages, email automation, newsletters, Canva design, and Shopify management.
Clients value her calm approach, attention to detail, and ability to quickly understand how a business works. Helan focuses on keeping tasks organised and projects moving so founders can spend less time on tech and admin, and more time growing their business.
Kim Moey
Associate Virtual Assistant
Kim is a Virtual Assistant based in Cornwall with 20+ years of administrative experience.
Before launching as a Virtual Assistant in March 2025, she spent 11 years as an Office and Compliance Manager in recruitment. Running operations, Kim covered everything from managing a busy temp and perm desk to client audits, GDPR, HR support, staff training, health and safety, and the day‑to‑day realities of keeping a business running smoothly.
She now uses a mix of admin, compliance, HR and operational experience to support business owners, directors and CEO’s who want clarity and structure with inbox and diary management, website updates, CRM support, Staff and client onboarding and research projects.
